A. Go to our contact us page and fill out the form and we will send you several PDF files with all the information you need about each product. Also make sure to contact us using Skype and we will answer your questions within minutes.
Q. Is there any fees for becoming an EcoBoomer reseller in my city?
A. No. We do not charge any fees for you to become an EcoBoomer reseller. You will be required to purchase a minimum of 10 units in order to become a reseller for EcoBoomer. Having EcoBoomer electric human transporters in stock at all times will help you successfully represent and showcase our EcoBoomer products to potential buyers. How do you expect to sell our products to wholesalers, retailers, and end users if you do not have the EcoBoomer Urban Commando, M1, XL, or 5.0 in stock for them to try out for themselves?
Q. Do I receive a discount for purchasing a large quantity of EcoBoomer units with one order?
A. Yes. We offer discounts for EcoBoomer customers who purchase in large quantities simply because it makes the ordering process easier for both of us. It makes more sense to buy 10, 20, 30, or 50 units at a time instead of buying 5 units each order. You will end up saving thousands of dollars off the total price and you make more profit from each unit.
Q. What is your best selling EcoBoomer product and why?
A. As of April 2012, our number one best selling electric human transporter is the EcoBoomer M1. Q. Do you offer payment terms?
A. Sorry we do not offer payment terms. If you’re one of our EcoBoomer resellers and have been doing consistent business with us for a while then we can look at your specific situation and see if offering payment terms will be an option that we can offer you.
Q. Can I order a sample first before proceeding to larger orders?
A. Yes. You are required to purchase samples first (one sample of each model) before proceeding to become an EcoBoomer reseller. This is for you to test the products first and begin accepting orders from your customers, then you can move into buying larger quantities with your second order.
Q. What is the MOQ for resellers? What is the advantage if I purchase in large quantity?
A. Minimum Order Quantity for each model is 10 units. Quantity discount is offered, the more units you purchase, the bigger discount for you which increases your profit margin because of the reduced cost. Q. How do I start to become an EcoBoomer reseller?
A. Request a Purchase Invoice to place your first sample order (Minimum 3 units – mix or match). All payment details can be found on the invoice. Most banks require a copy of this in order to make a transfer.
Q. What are the terms of payment?
A. Payments can be made through direct bank transfer so the entire process is tracked and recorded for safety. All information needed will be provided on the invoice. Advance payment is required in order to process you order for first time customers. For certified EcoBoomer resellers a 50% deposit is required upon placing your order and 50% remaining balance should be paid before the units are shipped.
Q. What are the options for delivering the EcoBoomers to international customers?
A. The units can be delivered via air or sea freight. Air freight is highly recommended so the unit can be tracked with a tracking number until it reached you.
Q. How can EcoBoomer Co. Ltd. help me with the importation of the goods?
A. We provide shipping documents after shipping the units. Documents should be submitted to customs before the units arrive. (i.e. Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, CE Certificate, ISF)
Q. Are these models valid for street or sidewalk use?
A. This depends on the local regulations regarding the use of this type of product. It is best to inquire to your local departments if you have questions about street or sidewalk use. Most countries and cities have different laws and regulations so check your local area first.
Q. What is the HS Code of this product?
A. The HS Code for these units is 871390. These are electric powered vehicle and do not need a vehicle registration when importing. The documents needed which we will be providing the buyers are; Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and ISF (US only).
Q. Where do we manufacture our products? From which port do we ship the products?
A. All products are manufactured in China and are shipped from Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Ningbo.
Q. What should I do if I break my unit? Does it have a warranty?
A. Yes. All EcoBoomer products have a one year warranty from the date the unit is received. You will have to send us the necessary images and video that show the defect of the unit and we will provide the proper actions needed. This way we can avoid wasting time while waiting for the units to get fixed and sent back to us. All spare parts are available and in stock.
